Rapid Results Recruiter Training (live and interactive) will enable experienced and new recruiters to learn how to find qualified drivers in preparation for the expected post-COVID surge of business.
Attendees will learn how to match their current recruiting style to the changed needs of truck drivers brought about by the barriers drivers experienced during the COVID-19 environment.
Each training session is presented live so you can talk directly to ask questions, make comments and share with other attendees in a classroom format. Kelly Brown, CDL driver recruiter trainer, is the discussion leader.
- Classes are held 2 times per week for four weeks – total of 8 classes
- Each session is 45 minutes
- You will work with the discussion leader on your desktops, laptops or smart phones from your office or home
- You choose the days and times that are available so that interruptions to your workday are minimal
- Private individual calls with each attendee will occur weekly to review progress and enhance what has been taught
The tuition for this educational program is $450 per week for each of the four weeks for the first attendee from each motor carrier and $150 for each additional person from the same company – maximum of 3 per company.
A one-time registration fee of $300 is required for each company.
Included in the fee are the eight classes, plus four 15-minute coaching calls for each attendee and a 25-page training manual.

Weekly Fee:
$450 per week for each of the four weeks totaling $1800 (for the first attendee from a single company)
Additional Attendees: Each additional attendee from the same company is $150/week for 4 weeks (up to 2 additional attendees allowed per company) Total $600 for each additional attendee
